After submitting the documents to the consulate, you will receive an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card via a payment link.
Required documents
Application form completely filled out, printed out and signed by the applicant
Original passport (valid 6 months after the departure, 2 empty pages)
1 passport picture (3.5 x 4.5 cm), in color with white background on a glossy paper. ATTENTION: the photo must be not older than 6 months
Insurance confirmation letter from your insurance company (valid in the territory of the Russian Federation, covers the dates of travel (for a business visa - the date of first entry). Expenses for medical repatriation and repatriation of the urn/dead/in case of death must be included (important requirement of the consulate)
Copy of the hotel booking confirmation (if available)
For the non-Swiss citizens - copy of the permit
